Refund Policy

Digital Products

Because our tech packs are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. Once files are downloaded, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

When We Issue Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our tech packs. We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• The tech pack significantly differs from its product description
• Files are corrupted or cannot be opened in the specified software
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase (duplicate orders)
• Technical issues on our end prevented you from receiving your files

How to Request a Refund

1. 1.Email us at support@techpackmarket.com within 7 days of purchase
2. 2.Include your order number and the reason for your refund request
3. 3.We'll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
4. 4.Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong tech pack, we're happy to exchange it for a different one of equal or lesser value. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
