What is a tech pack?
A tech pack (technical package) is a detailed document used to communicate a fashion design to a manufacturer. It includes flat sketches, spec sheets, bill of materials, construction details, grading specs, and colorway options — everything a factory needs to produce your garment.
What file formats are included?
Most tech packs include three formats: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) for vector flat sketches, PDF (.pdf) for easy viewing and sharing, and Excel (.xlsx) for spec sheets and BOMs. Check each product listing for specific formats included.
Can I edit the files?
Yes! All files are fully editable. Open .ai files in Adobe Illustrator (or compatible software like Affinity Designer), .xlsx files in Excel or Google Sheets, and .pdf files in any PDF viewer. Customize colors, measurements, branding, and specs to match your brand.
How do I receive my files after purchase?
After completing checkout, you'll receive an email with download links. Files are available for immediate download — no waiting required.
What size range do the tech packs cover?
Most of our tech packs include grading specs from XS through 3XL. The spec sheets include a complete measurement chart with tolerances for each size.
Can I use these for commercial production?
Absolutely. Our tech packs are designed for commercial use. You may use them to produce garments for your brand, modify them to fit your specifications, and send them directly to your manufacturer. See our licensing page for full details.
Do you offer custom tech pack design?
Currently we offer pre-made tech pack templates. For custom tech pack design services, please reach out via our contact page and we'll discuss your project requirements.
What if I have issues with a download?
If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact us and we'll resolve it promptly. We stand behind the quality of every tech pack we sell.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If a tech pack doesn't match its description or has quality issues, we'll make it right. See our refund policy for complete details.
